This is me... Since 10/7/23 was a cathartic exercise to try and process the horrors we have all seen during the Palestinian genocie at the hands of Israel and the United States. The artwork was originally created for the 2024 season of QUICHE; I wrote the poem as I worked on the screenprinting setup and created an accordion-style artist’s book to ensure that I never forget the utter depths that this hurt caused me and the rest of humanity.
